Cafè Gaia Manaoag

It was during the pandemic that I discovered Gaia. I love carrot cakes and saw them making one in cute bento boxes. Plus, they offer drinks in recyclable glass bottles. That is when I knew I found a gem. Not only are they making delicious food and drinks, they do it with a lot of consideration and good intentions for the environment as well. That is why despite the distance and no physical shop then, I placed my orders and even celebrated moving into our new home with their famous canele and brownies. Fast forward today. They finally opened their cozy coffee shop. I am glad to know that more and more people get to discover and enjoy their food and drinks. The more people get to know Gaia, the more their advocacies get to be heard and hopefully, the more of us will follow in their footsteps to intentionally preparing food and sustainable living.

As someone who loves visiting different cafes, Café Gaia has become my favorite go-to spot. I always make sure to stop by once a week, sometimes even twice. What struck me was how this café feels like a pause from the world, a place where time slows down a bit and conversations seem a little deeper. There are people working quietly, friends laughing softly, and couples sharing stories. It feels like a true community. Every order feels like a small act of love; you can really taste the quality and care they put into their food and drinks. Plus, the staff are kind in a way that doesn’t feel rehearsed—just real, attentive people who clearly care about the space they’ve created. I'll be back again and again—whether with family, friends, or even alone.

Best option when you need a place to breathe, chill and enjoy good food & drinks! Our family loves hanging out at Gaia Cafe because other than their delectable menu, there are many card and board games to enjoy too. And our favorite part every visit is always the pleasant and clean ambience; it's giving legit good vibes! Location is super accessible and convenient also, plus they have enough parking space, and its a pet and environment friendly cafe!

We had such an amazing time at Café Gaia in Manaoag that we just had to write a review! From the moment we walked in, the cozy, nature-inspired vibe instantly made us feel relaxed. But the real star of the show? The food—super duper good doesn’t even begin to describe it! We ordered the Gaia Melt, and wow—just wow. The sandwich was perfectly toasted, with melty cheese and savory fillings that hit all the right notes. It was comforting, flavorful, and satisfying without being too heavy. Definitely a must-try! Then came the Banana Nutella Waffle—a dream combo! The waffle was crisp on the outside and fluffy inside, generously topped with fresh banana slices and just the right amount of Nutella. It was sweet, warm, and rich, like a hug in food form. To drink, I had the Matcha Strawberry, and let me tell you—it’s my new obsession. The earthy matcha blended so well with the sweetness of the strawberry, making it a refreshing, unique twist I didn’t know I needed. The staff were so kind and accommodating, and you can tell they really put love into what they do. The whole café has this peaceful, inviting feel—perfect for brunch dates, chill afternoons, or even a little solo coffee time. We will definitely be coming back, and next time, we’re trying more from the menu because everything just looked so good. Highly recommend Café Gaia if you’re in the area. This spot is a gem!

I’ve been to this cafe three times now, and I fall more in love with it each visit. It’s such a cozy neighborhood gem. I honestly wish it were right next door to me! Everything about the space feels calming and nature-inspired, from the greenery to the earthy vibe. It’s the kind of place where you can truly slow down and enjoy the moment. The food and coffee? Always on point. Every order has been delicious and thoughtfully made. And the owners and staff are genuinely kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. A truly exceptional cafe! What sets this place apart is their fantastic focus on sustainability, making every delicious bite feel good. Their gastronomic food is prepared with perfection– the potato wedges, Gaia Melt, and any of their pastas are my personal favorites. Coupled with excellent coffees and beverages, it's a complete sensory delight. The cafe itself boasts a wonderful aesthetic, always clean and organized. And for those who value it (like me!), the restroom is commendably clean. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates quality, taste, and a conscious approach!

Tucked away on a quiet corner of Manaoag, Café Gaia a warm and welcoming escape. The interior strikes a balance between rustic and charming — mismatched wooden chairs, which gives it character. Every chair seems to have its own personality. Their beverages are lovingly crafted. I tried their signature lemongrass calamansi, and it was both comforting and refreshingly unique. Pair it with their homemade pastries—like the Canele and Gaia Melt—and you’re in for a treat. Husband loved their Mocha and Pasta. This was one of our favourite spot even before me and my husband got married and now on top of our list for our future little coffee dates. I’ve been following Café Gaia on IG even before they had their shop (pandemic times) and I always wanted to try their pastries and beverages but only got the chance last year when they opened their doors (finally!). The owners adds to the experience, treating customers like old friends and newcomers like soon-to-be ones. No rush, no pressure—just genuine warmth. Cafe Gaia offers more than just good coffee & food; it offers a little moment of peace in your day.

Hidden Café Worth Sharing!! I’ve been to this café a couple of times now, and every visit has been a great experience. My first time was with my sister, who recommended it for the amazing coffee and beautiful interior—and she was absolutely right. I asked the staff for a drink recommendation, and they suggested the Tiramisu Cloud Foam. It instantly became my favorite! Since then, this café has turned into my go-to spot, and I’ve even brought my friends here to try it too. The café itself is lovely. They offer free Wi-Fi, have a beautifully designed interior, and a cozy outdoor garden area for dining. The owner and staff are always friendly and welcoming. The location is also very convenient—easy to find and accessible via public transportation. Most importantly, the drinks and pastries are delicious and reasonably priced.
